Evalio Labs Ltd ("Evalio", "we", "us") provides an AI-assisted platform that helps companies and organizations detect financial crime and inconsistencies and generate compliance reports. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Your financial data is yours. Each organization's data is isolated in its own workspace, encrypted in transit and at rest. We do not sell your data, and we do not use one organization's data to train models shared with another.
Transaction records may contain personal data about employees and vendors involved in a transaction. You are responsible for having the appropriate basis to collect and process that data before connecting it to Evalio. We apply role-based access controls, audit logging, and least-privilege practices across our infrastructure.
Risk scoring, document verification, and report drafting are performed by AI models running on our secured cloud infrastructure. Flags and generated drafts are decision-support, not a final determination — your team should always review flagged transactions and reports before they are used in compliance communications.
We share data only with service providers who help us operate the platform (such as cloud hosting and analytics), under contracts that require them to protect it, and where required by law.
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at the address below.
