These Terms govern your access to and use of the Evalio platform provided by Evalio Labs Ltd. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
Evalio provides AI-assisted anomaly detection, document and vendor verification, and compliance reporting for financial and transactional data. Features may change as the product evolves, particularly during the beta period.
You are responsible for the information you provide, for keeping your credentials secure, and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate details and are responsible for the financial data your organization connects.
Review before you report. Anomaly scores, verification flags, and drafted reports are generated by AI and provided as decision-support. Evalio does not guarantee the presence or absence of fraud, and your team is responsible for reviewing flagged transactions and verifying report content before it is shared with auditors or used in compliance decisions.
Beta access may be provided free of charge. Paid plans, when introduced, will be described at sign-up. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
You retain ownership of the financial data you connect and the reports you generate. Evalio retains all rights to the platform, software, and models. You grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the service.
The service is provided "as is" during beta. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that use of Evalio will detect every instance of fraud or data inconsistency.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Evalio Labs Ltd will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
We may update these Terms and will notify you of material changes. You may stop using the service at any time; we may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
